How do I get a bulk SMS quotation?

Can I use a custom sender name or register a “#” sender ID?
We can arrange registration for SMS sender IDs beginning with “#”; custom sender names require enquiry and quotation. Eligibility and final approval are determined by the relevant organisation, so tell us your intended name and purpose.
Can I send OTP or verification codes?
Yes, SMS can support OTP, verification codes and system notifications, with API integration assessed as needed. Share expected volume and your existing workflow so we can confirm the sending setup and quotation.
Are delivery reports available?
The online platform shows available sending and delivery statuses, and managed reports can summarise submitted, delivered and failed messages. Results depend on carrier feedback; a delivery status does not confirm that a message was read.
How should I handle lists and privacy?
Ensure your list source, purpose and consent meet Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and applicable requirements, and provide an unsubscribe process. Check opt-outs, suppression lists and applicable do-not-call register filtering before sending, and confirm any support needed when requesting a quote.
